His career includes senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung, Colliers International, and Deka Immobilien, where he oversaw European sales activities across multiple funds and coordinated tax, financing, structuring, and legal processes. He has executed transactions exceeding €4 billion and built a broad network of national and international industry leaders.

Today, at Axxis Investment, Thomas focuses on strategic transactions, capital advisory, and high‑integrity deal execution complemented by his role within Society Capital’s cross‑border investment platform.
