A unique seven-star all-suite hotel, inspired by seven different cultures, will open in the Burj Azizi. Additionally, luxury apartments will be offered for sale in the tower.
The skyscraper will include a vertical shopping mall over seven floors, a ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. Wellness centers , fitness studios, supermarkets, and a cinema will also be found in the tower. Another highlight: an action zone to get your heart racing.

In addition to the world’s highest viewing platform on level 130, the skyscraper will break even more records: the highest hotel lobby will be on the 11th floor, the highest nightclub on the 126th floor, and Dubai’s highest restaurant on level 122. The city’s highest hotel room will be on level 118.
According to a press release the budget for this project amounts to over six billion dirhams, equivalent to almost 1.5 billion euros. Sales are set to start in February 2025, with the project’s completion scheduled for 2028.
