Alexander, a seasoned and highly educated real estate professional, brings years of industry experience to the table. His qualifications include a German Diploma in Business Administration from the University of the Federal State Baden-Wuerttemberg, Mannheim, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Economics from the Open University, London, England. Alexander embarked on his career journey at Deutsche Bank Group in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, where he participated in the bank’s training program for aspiring real estate professionals in 2002. Later, he transitioned to DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung (now Cushman & Wakefield), also in Frankfurt/Main, to contribute to the establishment of a Corporate Finance and Investment Advisory department. In this role, Alexander provided strategic advice on business acquisitions, asset disposals, and portfolio management for corporate and ultra-high-net-worth clients. In 2009, Alexander relocated to Doha, Qatar, joining Engel&Völkers as an Investment Advisor and a key member of the International Commercial Team. His tenure there was marked by successful lease and sales transactions. Throughout the past decade, Alexander has held pivotal positions at various companies, including Lyoness International AG (Zurich, Switzerland), Riegler & Partner (Graz, Austria), The Loft Bureau (Doha, Qatar), and The Loft Bureau International Realty (Naples, USA). His reliable character, skill set, and academic background combined with his deep understanding of both local and international real estate markets position him as a trusted advisor. Alexander’s track record includes some landmark transactions and the total real estate transaction volume of completed deals is in excess of 1 billion USD.
