About Me
A German national born in 1999, Georg Blascheck’s journey began at the German Embassy School in Beijing, China, where he completed his high school education. His passion for finance and insurance led him to train at one of Germany’s largest insurance companies, where he successfully completed a comprehensive three-year apprenticeship.
However, Georg’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. In 2022, he decided to expand his horizons by obtaining a real estate broker license in Germany. Armed with this new qualification, he ventured into the dynamic world of real estate.
By August 2023, Georg co-founded 3B Solution, a family-owned business specializing in high-end real estate services. While their focus extends to various markets, they have a particular interest in the Philippine real estate landscape.
Georg’s journey – from insurance to real estate – reflects his determination and adaptability, making him a promising figure in both industries.
