Julio César Marulanda is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping clients navigate the dynamic commercial real estate markets in Europe, North and South America. His journey began in 1987 at Atis Real GmbH (today BNP Paribas Real Estate) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience. Since 1996 Julio is running his own boutique from Zurich, Switzerland. Julio’s charismatic nature and tough negotiation skills make him a standout in the industry.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Julio today lives between Berlin, Germany and Cannes, France. Due to his vast experience from +30 years of hard work in the field of commercial real estate Julio understands the unique needs of international corporate clients and family offices.
