Eleanor Milford is a seasoned international advisor with over 25 years of experience across real estate investment, corporate finance, development advisory, and cross‑border capital markets. Based between London and Dubai, she works closely with Family Offices, institutional investors, and sovereign capital from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, supporting complex transactions and development strategies across Europe and the Middle East.
Her career began in Corporate Finance at UBS (formerly SBC Warburg) in London, followed by a senior role in Knight Frank’s International Hotel Advisory Division, where she advised on hospitality assets, development feasibility, and global investor mandates. Eleanor later expanded her expertise into fundraising and IPO preparation across sectors including infrastructure, extractive industries (diamonds and metals), oil & gas, telecommunications, biotechnology, medical innovation, and hospitality — with experience spanning London, New York, and Frankfurt.
Eleanor is currently Managing Director UK & Europe at Atlantic Premium Capital Partners, where she leads real estate development advisory, capital raising, and international investment promotion. She also serves as Associate Partner at Excellium Capital, supporting development finance, hospitality projects, and cross‑border investment strategies. As Founder of Barnes & Hogan, she advises international investors on London development site acquisitions, feasibility studies, planning coordination, and strategic disposals.
Her academic background includes a BSc in Business & Management (University of Kent), Arabic studies at SOAS, and a Master’s in International Trade. She is FCA‑registered and fluent in English, Russian, and German.
